Juan de Lara

Juan de Lara is the director of the Armenian Institute in London, elected fellow of the Royal Asiatic Society, a trustee and board member of Global Learning London, and a member of the International Association for the Study of Arabia. Juan is finishing his PhD at the Institute of Archaeology, UCL, and has a master’s degree in the architecture and archaeology of the Middle East from SOAS, and a BSc in digital engineering from CICE (School of New Technologies), Madrid. Juan has been a guest lecturer at Harvard University, The Islamic Arts Biennale in Jeddah, the University of Goldsmith London, and Sotheby’s Institute, amongst others.
