Abdul Malik

Abdul Malik is currently heading the Monitoring, Evaluation and Research Section of the Aga Khan Rural
Support Programme in Pakistan (AKRSP). He did his first degree in Agriculture Economics from the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad (1996) and then went on to acquire a masters degree in Business Administration from Lahore University of Management Sciences (2001). During his seven-year-long association with the AKRSP, Abdul Malik has mainly worked on the issues of poverty and livelihoods in the Northern Areas and Chitral (NAC). He has also played a central role in supervising fieldwork and documenting the Participatory Poverty Assessment (PPA) for the Northern Areas.
