The Palestinian Museum is a recent winner of the prestigious Aga Khan Award for Architecture, one of the most important prizes in the world of architecture.

Lara Zureikat is a Jordanian landscape designer and architect whose work is inspired by the spirit of a place.  Her design for the landscape of the Palestinian Museum has brought her international acclaim as somebody changing the way “the world, lives, thinks and builds.” She is also associate director of the Centre for the Study of the Built Environment (CSBE) in Amman, Jordan.
