The Guidance and Toolkit for Impact Assessments in a World Heritage contextprovides a methodology and a set of easy-to-use tools for elaborating impact assessments to the best practice currently existing for World Heritage. It helps to identify and define the values and attributes of the site concerned, whether it is a cultural, natural or mixed cultural-natural site. It explains the process for evaluating potential impacts, and finding appropriate mitigation measures and alternative options.
