Abu Sir  - The retreat house was built on the outskirts of the desert in Abu Sir in 1986. It is located between the Giza pyramids and the Sakkara pyramid. It covers an area of 160 square meters, with a mezzanine of 120 square meters and an open court of 100 square meters. The building consists of a small living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and the mezzanine overlooking the living room that is used for an additional sleeping area. Architects Soheir Farid and Rami Dahan.
