Concept note and invitation for expression of interest (eoi) for bidding services in impact assessment and conflict mapping analysis as part of the National Area Based Development Programme (NABDP), a program of the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (MRRD). The NABDP "commenced as a joint initiative of the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (MRRD) and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in 2002, with the goal of contributing to a sustainable reduction of poverty and an improvement of livelihoods in rural Afghanistan. The third phase of NABDP began in July 2009, and addresses the following main thematic areas: i) Local governance and DDA institutionalization; ii) Sustainable livelihoods through rural infrastructure services and iii) Stabilization through enhanced economic livelihood."
