A brochure describing the Aga Khan Historic Programme's efforts on a landmark urban regeneration project. The Humayun’s Tomb - Sunder Nursery - Hazrat Nizamuddin Basti Urban Renewal Initiative, in the heart of Delhi, India, combines the revival of cultural heritage, socioeconomic initiatives and the creation of parks and gardens. The overall objective of the project is to improve the quality of life for people in the area while creating an important new green space for the people of Delhi and beyond. The project integrates conservation, socio-economic development and urban and environmental development objectives in consultation with local communities and relevant stakeholders.
