A seven-storey apartment building consisting of ten, three-bedroom units intended for middle-income residents. The four floors above ground level contain two units per floor. Setbacks dictated by the building code are made at the sixth and seventh levels by terraces. These two levels each contain a single unit. A typical unit has a large living area with a balcony overlooking the street. The dining space opens off the living area. The sleeping areas are separated from the living spaces.
