The Jabaliyya mosque, overlooking the sea, is a rectangular building preceded by an arcade and topped with a cylindrical minaret. Its current appearance is a result of several major reconstructions. Its internal space is a combination 19th century construction and modern construction, a blend of cross vaults and flat concrete ceilings. The mosque's external appearance was reconstructed around the beginning of the 21st century.
