Ferruh Bey was a grand vizier during the reign of Seljuk Sultan of Rum Ghiyath al-Din Kaykhusraw II (r. 1237-1247/634-644 AH). He is known as a patron of architecture through an inscription plaque on the Burmali Minare Camii in Amasya, Turkey, where he and his brother "Yusuf the treasurer" (Yusuf al-Khazin) are credited with having established the waqf of the mosque.
