An office building complex that aims to create an ensemble of buildings easily identifiable in terms of their administrative purpose. The building is square in plan, with oval entrance leading into a hypostyle hall, giving access to a courtyard with a fountain pool. The whole complex is symetrical in plan with galleries looking onto the main courtyard.
