The comprises the campus for a national handicrafts exposition constructed of bamboo, mud, and thatch. The structures were built by bamboo artisans with a design developed in-situ. Local materials and techniques are emphasized. Structural concepts which allow a stronger sense of scale are explored in order to break out the anonimity of concrete. The programme called for variety of functions which included office spaces, various meeting areas, studio areas for graphic and exhibition design, audio and video studios, and a library.
