The complex covers six sub-districts and serves 37816 consumers in 440 villages, 26,978 are homestead consumers, others agricultural and commercial. The PBS office is basically an office of the rural consumers for whom this was their first brick and concrete building. The building designs are simple. The concept include a scale which makes the project acceptable and usable by the villagers. The PBS office complex consists of:
- PBS office;
- warehouse for equipment;
- covered stackyard for outdoor equipment;
- housing for staff;
- open yard for pole store; and
- play area for children.
