A large scale seaside resort complex that includes hotels, private residences, a golf course, and a marina on a 307 hectare site surrounding a natural harbor on three sides. Within the harbor, a marina and yacht club have been constructed. Surrounding the harbor are the densely built, one-three storey, private residences. A luxury hotel, built in a star pattern with a central courtyard, is located on one side in a garden area. With an adjacent 18-hole golf course covers 73 hectares. Source: Aga Khan Trust for Culture
