A country residence for an extended family, the house is built on a four acre fruit garden. It consists of two separate house, a two-storey and a single-storey structure with accompanying service spaces based on a square module. The ground floor spaces are surrounded by masonry walls with pre-cast elements for door and window openings. The upper level is a timber frame structure with shingle exterior with an exposed wood truss roof.
