Located west of the citadel in Al-Mujanbadh, the southeastern quarter of Zabid,&nbsp;Masjid al-Duwaydar is one of 86 mosques in the city. the mosque was constructed in 1323/723 AH by the Rasulid general 'Umar al-Yami al-Duwaydar.
