The project consists of two office towers of 35 and 12 floors with a 126 metre-long podium connecting the two. The three storey base includes a linear garden, conference centre, restaurant, café and retail area, over five levels of underground parking. The podium is punctuated by public and private outdoor spaces with landscaping and reflecting pools below and publicly accessible green roofs above. The design of the building emphasizes innovation through contemporary architectural principles and uses advanced technology and structural systems to reject the usual "boxy" skyscraper design in favour of a distinctive prismatic shape.
