The project includes 15 office units on five levels over a piloti, including lobbies, shared spaces, storage and parking. The offices range in size from small to medium and large. Given the municipal regulations where a building must occupy only up to 60 percent of the land area, the design concept has reinterpreted this in a new way, creating a central void, similar to a traditional courtyard, which blurs the lines between inside and outside, pulling the outside in. This has also had the effect of letting in more natural light, better views, and better air circulation, resulting in a more energy efficient building. Concrete is used throughout, from the structure to the finished façades.
