Constructed in the 18th c. the mosque itself is above commercial shops in a two-storey edifice, and it accessed by exterior stairs The facade of plain white walls is only broken up the by the frames of the mosque's windows and door.  The only remarkable feature is the brick and mortar decoration of the minaret, forming calligraphic inscription and simple geometric patterns. The mosque was restored in the late 1970s.
