A summer residence amidst terraced olive orchards, the compound is divided into public and private areas that are connected by the main entrance and a large salon in a U-shaped plan; the courtyard contains a pool open to the surrounding landscape. The two-storey private area contains living and dining rooms, kitchens, and three bedrooms and bathrooms at ground level; the upper floor houses a master suite and two children’s bedrooms. A basement beneath the family level provides parking, a home theatre, a gym, an additional bedroom, and technical and storage areas. The peripheral walls are reinforced concrete clad with local stone, with insulation between the two; the cantilevered upper floor and the roof combined a steel structure with reinforced concrete.
