The 34-storey building contains 202 apartments that range in size from 120 to 400 square metres; there are also two penthouse units, one at the top and the other on the 18th floor. Organised around a central void to enhance ventilation, the building is designed in modules of four floors stacked vertically, and there are eight types of apartment units, some of them duplexes with double-height living areas. The ground floor contains café and restaurant facilities, and the first floor contains offices and an art gallery. A library, children’s playground, swimming pool, and gym are located on the second floor. The structure is concrete; the glass façades are shielded by screens of aluminium fins to reduce solar penetration.
