Mausoleum of Mevlana Celaleddin Rumi (MEGT)
Konya, Türkiye

Evliya Çelebi describes the mausoleum as being in the middle of an irem garden and surrounded by rosebushes where nightingales sing while dervishes whirl. The mausoleum is visible in the lower part of an illustration of Konya by Matrakçı; the pool in the center of the courtyard identifies it as a garden.
