An extensive private residence features both open and covered courtyards and gardens on each of the three floors. The ground floor contains generous facilities for the reception and entertainment of guests; located separately are a living space and bedrooms for domestic staff, and a garage. The private family areas are located on the two upper floors, the first with living and dining areas, children’s bedrooms, and a swimming pool; the topmost floor contains a living room, library, and master bedroom for the parents. The exterior of the building is clad in white tiles; the interiors are all polished marble. The south façade features a screen or lattice of anodized aluminium that filters the harsh sunlight.
