Located in the hilly north of Tehran, this eight-storey private development comprises 30 residential units as well as parking, a lobby floor, common areas including a roof garden, gym, swimming pool, meeting room and multipurpose hall. Apartments come in four sizes from 100 to 170 square metres. The dynamic facade is constructed from economical, locally made brick set in a vertical composition that forms a unique pattern. The asymmetrical, triangular shape of the building is complemented by the irregularly placed terraces that shape the façade, and the juxtaposition of solids and voids echoes the hillside and local context of the building.
