An eight-storey shopping mall in central Ganja, the facility contains 65 retail stores, a cinema, a food court with eleven vendors, a supermarket, and a restaurant, along with underground parking for 390 automobiles. With entrances on two sides of a prominent, sloping site nearby a public park, the complex features a central atrium with visual connection to the surroundings via large panels of glazing at the corners that are angled 45-degrees upwards. The building is in reinforced concrete, with steel structures for the large triangular corners and for the roof; the interiors structures are steel columns with glass infill for the retail shops.
