A multi-use, urban cultural centre, this structure includes a 2,200-seat concert/congress hall, 800-seat theatre, large ballroom, pocket cinemas, a chamber theatre, workshops and meeting rooms, a press centre, cafe, and restaurant. A gigantic roof shelters the different functions of the center, housed in separate boxes. These different zones are linked together through their lobbies to the main foyer, a spacious and light-filled atrium linking ground floor halls and upper level balconies, overlooking the floors below. The huge transparent facade is covered with a custom-made mesh that creates playful patterns and shadows as the light filters through. The main entrance opens onto a piazza.
