The four-floor commercial centre houses 40 shopping outlets, banks, restaurants, a supermarket, and a four-screen cinema. Construction is reinforced concrete columns supporting concrete slab floors; there is a central skylighted atrium that also houses escalators to all floors, a second skylighted atrium, and the double-height cinema is contained on a portion of the third and fourth floors. Infill walls are made from concrete block. The exterior features an enormous LED screen covering the long 60-metre exterior façade most visible to passers-by and motorists; all of the other façades are black-coloured to emphasise affixed commercial signage. An elevated platform in the entrance area features a sculpture by artist Dudu Emmanuel.
