The tourist complex is sited next to the historic center of Sousse on a boulevard by the beach. It was planned to consist of three major elements: a hotel with 400 beds, a commercial center and a leisure and sports center. The hotel, which is the only phase to be completed, is a four-storey block, irregular in massing. In its architectural detail, use is made of traditional elements such as vaults and arches, and features such as shading trellises and skifa seating. The hotel overlooks the swimming pool, at its rear, and the beach. The swimming pool is the focus of the hotel activities, and all public services (restaurant, café) open onto it.
