The site of the Post Office is a public area beyond the limits of the old town. The small, white, rough plaster building includes living quarters for the postmaster and his family. It is a series of articulated flat-roofed volumes with thick supporting walls and few openings. Windows are small and many have claustra. Additional natural light and ventilation is provided by shell vault roof structures.
