The project consists of eight buildings housing the needs of the various ministries and the Secretary to the Military Government and the Assembly hall. The buildings are two-storey and surrounded by a fair-faced concrete collonade. A large overhang provides protection. Each ministerial building comprises two wings developed around courts and linked by an entrance hall. Each building is comprises two-storeys, two wings, two courtyards, and is surrounded by a concrete arcade.
