The project comprises a 14-storey circular tower and a rectangular four-storey base. The building is designed around a series of internal courtyards and atria and attempts to conserve lighting and air-conditioning by the use of diffused lighting in all public spaces, deeply recessed openings, solar shades, and controlled landscaping. It is constructed from a concrete frame with precast concrete panels.
