The site is part of a new extension to the east of Fez. The development includes: 148 two-storey, semi-detached villas of five variations set out in parallel terraces, and 11 low-rise aprtment buildings. The remaining four are located in the northeast corner of the site and are largely occupied by tourists. All buildings are linked by a layout of green areas and covered or open passages. The overall volumetry is a composition of superimposed rectilinear volumes.
