Designed for Mobil Oil Nigeria Ltd, this 12-storey, square-shaped tower is divided into four sections with an atrium in the middle. In accordance with an agreement with the National Museum of Nigeria, the center court displays artifacts from the museum's collections. The four sides are connected by circular towers containing the elevators, fire escapes, and rest rooms. 

There are ten floors of office space, in addition to underground parking and a top floor where the air handling units are located.
