These two new buildings of the Jondishahpour University are built on a large flat and open site within the University enclosure bordering the Karoon river. The College of Agriculture consists of four parallel wings linked by a common spine. The building is distinguished by both internal and external brick faced facades, concealing an R.C. structure. Furthemore, the facades are characterized by arched bays and brick ornamental features. In plan the Faculty of Science is built up along a central axis. This two-storey high complex is noted by its perimeter gallery, which is vertically bisected by a horizontal band.
