Morocco

The Twin Centre, a landmark in the heart of Casablanca, is composed of two 29-storey office blocks, a commercial centre with some 300 shops and a supermarket. A monumental stairway from the street leads to an open-air plaza on the fifth floor with terrace café and entrance to an auditorium. The whole structure is in reinforced concrete and the towers are the tallest in Morocco, with a total surface of 80,000 square metres. Source: Aga Khan Trust for Culture
