A hostel for students of Buddhist faith near the campus of Chittagong University, surrounded by open land and paddy fields. The project is designed around two buildings - one square and one L-shaped - that comprise accommodation and recreation facilities, dining areas, and a library. Materials used comprise brick, reinforced concrete and steel. Other features include one overhead tank and several interconnecting courtyards. Particular attention was given to landscaping and site development, creating large outdoor spaces, popular with other university students and local villagers.
