A residential project that combines two apartments for rent with the client's own dwelling -- a self-contained duplex on the upper two floors, with gardens, greenery and multiple connections to daylight and sky. The exterior is a 'social collage' of traditional bricks, handmade ferro-cement tiles and metal cladding panels.
