The project for the offices of the United Nations Development Programme also includes cultural and recreational facilities. Linked by open arcades and courtyards, the complex consists of three main elements: the offices, the library, and recreation center, organised on a square site. The main office building is centrally positioned on the south side. Access leads directly from here to a central, arcaded spine which bisects the site on an east-west axis.
