This project, done by the Anatolian University (Anadolu Üniversitesi) involves the restoration of Ottoman houses in Eskisehir under the control of the local Board for the Preservation of Culture and Historical Heritage. One of the restored buildings now houses the Turkish Foundation for Combating Soil Erosion, and for Reforestation and the Protection of Natural Habitats, while others that have been restored are now in use as guesthouses.
