The complex is divided into three groups of buildings with a total of 136 flats. Each of the two or three-bedroom falts are composed of a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a laundry room.
The flats give onto internal patios and are accessed through open stair-wells. Pathways covered by pergolas resting on stepped arches connect the different units. Car circulation is restricted to the peripheral roads which bound the three blocks. The initial plan made no provision for drainage infrastructure, but as the village has no sewerage system, cesspits had to be added to the project. This raised costs by 10%. In the present instance, the monotony of multi-storeyed construction is broken by a variation in height (from two to four storeys) and the introduction of details inspired from the local architectural tradition.
