The complex follows an informal layout with most residential units facing the sea and the commercial facilities located in the center. The apartment blocks have a maximum height of three storeys and are surrounded by gardens. The mauresque overtone of the complex is expressed by means of collonaded spaces, loggias, terraces, and balconies screened by mashrabiyyas.
