Complexe de l'Esplanade

Monastir, Tunisia

This project originated as part of the general urban development of the town of Monastir. The client bought the land from the authorities and decided to build a complex offering both commercial and residential facilities. It is a reinforced concrete structure with hollow tile flooring with concrete block infill. Exterior façades are cement-rendered and finishes include aluminium and wooden doors, windows and shutters.
