This house is a summer residence for the client's family and their guests. Built on a 90 m2 plot and also arranged around a central patio, this house consists of reception areas on the ground floor, three bedrooms on the first floor, and a small artist's studio on the second floor. The uncovered staircase leading to the first floor is semi-externalized, as it starts in the courtyard. Decorative woodwork, executed in local cedar, adorns all the windows and doors giving onto the patio and echoes the lavishness of Fez palaces.
