According to its architect, this project 'signifies a harmonious blend of traditional and modern architectural languages . . . going beyond the simple imitation of the past to innovative interpretation, reflection and expression.' The 21-storey tower provides 16'893 square metres of rentable space and parking for 154 cars. Its structure is a combination of reinforced concrete and lightweight steel, clad with treated pre-cast concrete elements and structural glazing. The plinth incorporates imported Jordanian stone, while the walls of the internal lobbies are covered in cherry wood veneer.
