The villa follows an overall rectangular layout, punctuated by projecting, semi-circular balconies and cylindrical columns. The design respects the site configuration with a lower level situated on the southern part of the plot. The atrium is the focal point of the private quarters around which the various family living spaces are distributed, in the manner of traditional courtyard houses. The windows of the private rooms open onto the family garden and the reception areas are extended by the covered balcony. The swimming pool and surrounding garden form a natural sequence of spaces starting at the house's lower level and continuing with the game and sitting rooms.
