A housing complex comprising town-houses and apartments. Each town-house and apartment is provided with two entrances, respectively giving access to the private family quarters and to the area reserved for guests. The town-houses are two-storey high and include two, three, four, and five-bedroom units. The apartment blocks are four-storey high. Their ground and first floors are occupied by two and three-bedroom duplex flats, while four-bedroom duplex flats and four-bedroom flats with a maid's room are placed on the second and third floor.
