The complex consists of a narrow, rectangular two-storey high building which houses an entrance hall, lobby, cinema and offices, and a 30m high cylindrical structure occupied by the concert hall. A bridge at first floor level connects the two blocks. The interior decoration was largely entrusted to local artists and cratfsmen, including ceramic-tile makers, tapestry weavers and soft stone carvers. Ceilings are finished with perforated acoustic aluminium, decorative gypsum adorn the walls and floors are covered with carpets, marble or parquet. The external walls are cladded with limestone and display decorative concrete elements.
