Tashkent Memorial Tea House

Tashkent, Uzbekistan

The teahouse is organised on three levels. Large floor spaces are divided into smaller areas by a central, tower-like well and by level differences of a few steps in each case. On the ground floor, a level difference of two steps marks the division between the tea-house and adjoining entrance lobby and services. Two exterior terraces are placed on two opposite sides of the ground floor.
