Tlemcen Cultural Center

Tlemcen, Algeria

The center comprises 700-seat theatre, three multi-purpose halls, a library, workshops, a dancing hall, a gallery, and a 1'200 seat open-air theatre, housed in three distinct structures connected by networks of walkways distributed over different levels. The corners are punctuated by cylinddrical towers acting as stairwells. The structure is in-situ reinforced concrete with brick and glass block infill.
