Situated in a natural conservation area, the hotel takes the form of a traditional village among olive groves. Separate structures cater for different functions including a reception/boutique, two lounges, four dining rooms, an art gallery, a pool bar and 36 cottages with private gardens and pools. Sleek and contemporary in form, the structures are predominantly of local stone, with reinforced concrete structural elements. Local marble and wood are also used extensively. The library design is inspired by typical Bodrum tower houses. Courtyards, gently sloping terraces and paths invite movement through the complex. A 50-metre infinity pool dominates the main terrace.
